Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were recently renovated but had some issues, and Jeff from the concierge was helpful. The service was good, especially Justin Liu from the concierge team who helped with tickets to the Forbidden City. The location was a bit far from tourist attractions but close to the Summer Palace and Beijing University. The dining options were varied but some improvements needed, and the hotel facilities were decent.
The hotel is in a convenient location near the metro station with easy access to the Forbidden City. The rooms, though spacious, need renovation soon and can be a bit noisy. The service was polite but lacked English proficiency and timely menu offerings. The dining options were pricey, although the variety was decent.
The hotel seems a bit run down and outdated, lacking attention to detail that you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and not lonely while traveling. The location is superior but a bit far from main tourist attractions. The dining options were average, with the breakfast being disappointing. Despite the need for a facelift, the overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable.
